Everyone here was accommodating and extremely accommodating.
The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a great area, close enough to chess top schools, historic Tulbagh and shops and restaurants. Immaculate and neat room with a king-size bed, I had a fairly nice stay. The breakfast offered a wide array of options and was well prepared and delicious. It had marvellous location right at De Oude Church. I appreciated the stay.

Good looking building. Old world charm. The bedroom is very nice and well decorated.
Saggy bed which was very uncomfortable. The Bathroom would do well in a two star hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, in a beautiful setting with great staff.
The room was a great disappointment. Clearly the worst room they have. It looked nothing like the pictures on the website, it was tiny and just wide enough for a double bed, the bathroom was minute and the shower was not too clean, the only basin was a tiny handbasin in which it was difficult to shave. To call it a 'suite' is a huge overstatement. Pity, as there were other, better rooms vacant.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house in a picturesque area. The room was warm and cozy upon arrival, with the electric blanket already on. The staff showed us around and made sure we felt welcomed, even though we arrived after hours. The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality was top-notch. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are huge and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The attention to detail in the decor, with beautiful antiques and authentic furnishings, adds a touch of charm and elegance to the stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price is served in a delightful setting, with the table laid with beautiful blue china, and the food is delicious.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.
